2018

On July 25, 2018 Colorado, Montana, North Carolina, Oregon, Utah, Vermont, Washington, and Wyoming were the first states to join the Confluence of States, and committed to advancing the principles outlined in the Confluence Accords.

On May 7, 2024 Massachusetts and Pennsylvania joined the Confluence of States, and committed to advancing the principles outlined in the Confluence Accords.
